I want to swing the bat for Sarge. In his defense he has threatened several times a bad check or even a 3 day vacation for not posting in the correct area.
The guy that got the do not do this again mark on his record LOL happened to be the poor bastage that had an example made on him. People know now that there is no room for BS threads that don't belong.
By stripping Sarge you nut clip the admins. by lack of support. Does this really warrant his status being taken? One check from a cry baby? Come on.
If stepping down was his choice I understand. I wouldn't to do your or his job. But damn as much consideration as the other guy got, please take it for Sarge. We all enjoy this site man. Chris has had a bad go here lately and needs that taken into consideration. Hell if I had half the stuff go wrong as he has.....anyways we all feel this way and would like to have Sarge back man. He's good people and a good admin. he just got sick of no one taking the rules seriously.

How are you supposed to set a good example and have a good admin/mod relationship, when the admins are booting mods for doing their job??

And listening to whiny members bitching about a 1 point infraction. There is supposed to be some type of camaraderie between the mods and admins, and if the admins arn't sticking up for the judgements/choices the mods make, then the system is pretty messed up.

I see it too. All this advertisement **** has ruined the whole point of the place. I am getting a ton of feed back from a lot of people who agree.

 

I agree on all points. Everything Confuzed has said about Sarge is 100% correct. hes lax when he should be and strict when needed. hes active in his own sections, and always there when he should be. Sarge 13 deserves to be a moderator because hes a damn fine mod. I vote hes reinstated.

If the admins arent going to back up the mods then the mods are destined for failure.

And for the record, where exactly does Toby Keith fit in to LS1TECH? Somehow that just seems out of place..........

 

I don't even really care about being reinstated or not but GTO Jimmy did absolutely nothing wrong that I can see and he has also been removed for no known reason. That's why I'm pissed.

Yep I lost my mod status as well and cant even get an answer as to why I lost it. Pretty crazy.

Wow Sarge sorry to hear about that. Hell you slapped me down and I didn't cry like a little bitch. You don't need the headaches. Damn everytime they get a decent mod they fire them...Like Unit. OH **** I like Jay too I guess he's next.

 

Its not easy. At all. You try keeping the peace here with over 100k+ active members with a new post every other second or so getting 20+ PM's and complaints about various members a day.
Now with that said, I love a challenge so it was great for me.

 

Unit left because he was disgusted with the way IB ran things, and I can see why he did so.
