Default 98 TA vs. 99 TA

I just got beat down buy a guy in a TA thats dating this chick down the street from me.

We just went from about 25 with him behind me. He passed me and was putting some distance on me. I though maybe I would have done better but it was fun.

He has LS6 intake, longtubes, ory, flowmaster catback, lid, 4.10 gears, M6

I have lid, magnaflow catback, hptuned, 3.23, A4

I feel like I wasnt at my strong point at 25.

25 should be a decent place to get down into 1st gear, but honestly with him having intake/headers/gears/less drivetrain loss your only hope is for him to miss a shift and not recover or a miss a shift twice

I dont know about that.... I have a a4 w/ 2.73's and when me and my friends race its usually a slow pull.. But, they also have more mods done... And, I have run better than alot of the m6's on this site and at the track. Its all about the running condition and mileage especially on an a4 ( slipping etc.)

From the light I could believe it. BUT, an M6, mod for mod, with equal driving skills should have no problem with you.
