My first Kill
My first Kill I was driving my car today with my father and we ended up over his friends house who works on old cars. As we pull into the driveway I see a mint condition 95 Z28 Vert and i tell my father I would bet whoever drove that car 100 bucks i would smoke it. Come to find out that it was his friends car and he was more than happy to talk trash about my quiet exhaust and tell me my car sounded like a v6. I just kind of laughed it off but then he said that they had an 1/8th marked off around the corner and that he wanted to run my car. Of course i said ok, he started the lt1 up with the loud pipes and revved it like crazy, i think he was trying to scare me.
So we lined em up my father dropped his arms and I had 2 cars on him by time i was in 2nd gear good, after that he got behind me since i was in the right lane and costed to the finish. His car was a M6 with full exhaust and I have a A4 with a magnaflow catback, 4:10's, street tires and no tune.
when we got back to the house he said good run and said nothing else about racing.

i'm looking for a Gen 1 small block to whoop on. All the older guys swear by them and sayt that the new engines dont make power like those did.

That guy was askimg for it as soon as we got to his house.
at first i didnt like my exhaust but know i think it kinda is a sleeper thing. makes people underestimate the car. I cant wait to see if it stays quiet when i get the long tubes and off road y.
