This weekend I tracked my car (1/8mile) at the local racetrack. I was always told that the new mustang gt would give me a run for my $$. Well ,I was able to find out for myself. 1st race. We lined up and when we took off he was ahead by about a car and a half and I still caught him on the topend. 2nd race. I got a better launch and pulled about 2 car or so on him. He was as surprised as I was. 3rd race. I got my *** handed to me by a LT1 with a cam and tune. I couldn't believe it!! He had a steady pull on me that I couldn't recover from. Is this possible or did he have more than he was leading on to? I will post the times later. Still was alot of fun!!!
