Default 2wd 1500 vs LT1

Long story short, some guy at the gas station heard my car and asked if i wanted to run. He was in a 2003 body style Chevy Silverado Reg Cab Short Bed 2wd with a 5.3L (I think), he said he had a catback... All i have is a catback as well (GMMG ) ... We went out and lined up at 30mph, 3 honks and were off, we went to 110mph and i had about 5-6 lengths on him. We turned around and went again 30-90/95, this time i only had about 3-4 lengths. I was pretty impressed since it was a pretty much stock truck.

Agreed. My Friend has a Ext. Cab with a 6ft bed, a ghetto lift(tightened torsion bars) and 32's. He has a a Catback, Intake, and a Bully Dog Programmer tuner, and he ran a 15.8... I honestly dont think thats bad for the weight, and tires.
