She's gone......
BigBronco, that's it! I'm coming down to TX, picking your *** up, and we're going to rip through Vegas until one of us (you) cries enough! I'll buy the first round of lap dances. Make fun of my 422, will you?

Damn who did you get your mortgage though. Was your DTI ratio at least less than 44%? If so you should have gone to Countrywide, I work there. We tend to have more lax requirements. The underwiter can sometimes play with the numbers to change the ratio as well.
Damn, Titbar, you hijacked my thread and called it your own. Thanks again for the words folks. My Debt ratio was high.....I have a boat too and it won the battle(I live on the damn thing). I can only fit one chick in my car and about 15 on my boat. Boats have a tendency to make chicks want to take off their clothes too....another bonus..... If you must know, I live on a boat and am just buying a bigger one. Cars can be acquired easily. Even the GF has already approved the imminence of the next vette. She also is fairly understanding. It is amazing what other girls think when one of their own "starts" it. It is quite contagious. Next thing you know, you are the master in command of a boat full of ***** swaying to the motion of the ocean. And y'all felt sorry for me.................
Ztwentyate....boat loans are a little tougher to approve than house loans. Boats depreciate, sink, move around, are operated by idiots, are a luxury and not a necessity, etc.

Bronco, have a 30 foot cruiser and am moving up to a Hatteras 43 Motor Yacht. Milla, it might sound like I have change but I don't. I am on the brink and don't manage my money well....cars...boats....you get the idea. I heard a saying.............If you don't live beyond your means, you have no imagination.
I have a vivid imagination......
I'm off for a 4 day trip and may not make it to a computer so y'all have a great week.......

I just saw this thread, and you know I agree with your decision. Make the big purchase with the least amount of debt possible and get the best interest rate and then go on a spending spree...LOL! You'll always be able to get your hands on another Vette. Oh...and how come I haven't been invited to one of these titty bearing boat parties? Man...I see how I rate...LOL.
Later,
Dean
House..who needs a house??? Get rid of the girlfriend and get another Z06....Houses are overrated!
J/K
I have been in my house for a little over a year now, and it never ends!!!! all the **** you need to buy, the yard, the landscaping, the irrigation system, doing the attic, etc. Not to mention all the knick-knack items you need. I swear, it is ridiculous the $$$ you can dump on stuff that you don't need. Getting into the house is just the beginning....and I just got engaged as well, so there is more $$$ down the drain (i.e., ring). Good luck, and I do think the 01-04 Z06's should come down quite a bit, I bet you will be able to pick up a 20,000 mile 2002 for $25,000 in a year or two.

Well I guess that if I see a black Z06 with Chrome wheels its not you anymore. Good luck with the new and bigger boat.
Dean, I have been on the boat for the parties and for some strange reason people always end up with their clothes off. It's the strangest thing.

You can make a boat load of money! lol Then you could buy a C6 in every color, and buy Chris (Tit Bar) one as well!
Problem solved! Do I get a "bird-dog fee" for thinking of it?
Peace,
Craig.

that could have worked especially a nice of a rig like a hatterus. did you buy it from another owner, or was this from a boat dealership. i have a good friend who was in the boat business. His name is Louis Delhomme. he is now one of the co-owners of Marine Max, the largest outboard dealer in the world. He had a boat dealership on the south side of town, and also one near conroe. im sure you have seen it.
Enjoy your new boat, hopefully me my father and grandfather will be going to the keys in florida to bonefish in his 60 ft diesel powered hatterus!
