So you have an intake and exhaust? I don't really see how a I/E 5.7 hemi charger can rape a stock ls1, unless he couldn't drive for ****.

My dad has an 2010 M6 Srt8 challenger. I have headers/lid/exhaust and other small stuff.. My car feels quicker than his car due to responsiveness and the lighter weight... but his car is definitely faster, and it is rather noticeable. It pulls like a **** from 45 mph on up. guess it takes a second for the 4200 lbs and the 20's to get going.
Agreed. Though I think paywithdeath might be the guy with the worlds fastest R/T that runs 11's? Or I got him confused with some other n2o sniffer out there....

I raped a Challenger SRT-8 with my 98 H/C/bolt-ons Z28... It was expected though considering I was lighter and had more hp at the wheels then he had at the crank.
But, I did run a SRT-8 Charger while in my TBSS from 50 and he put 3 cars on my to 120. My TBSS is stock though...

I raced a stock srt8 Challenger the first year they came out. We went from a 20mph roll and I put 3 cars by 2nd gear but had to shut down because of traffic. I was running 12.9s back then. I test drove a r/t and it was a very disappointing. The new 392 seems to be quick though. So I hear....
Never been a mopar fan but I love the way the Challenger looks.

i think all these new cars are dogs, the camaro,challenger,charger, mustang . there big heavy pigs , now the mustang isnt bad ,a few bolt ons,tune,and its a pretty strong running car. for sure the best buy out of the new cars, but price tags to performance is just sorry ,they all look sweet ,and can be fast but in stock form they are just dogs.i really think they need to make these cars lighter ,and shift better out of the box, this is just my opinion , im not saying they cant run,have seen some pretty sick modded ones , i just cant see paying that much , driving off the lot to get killed by a old stock ls1 car lol , i do like the look of all the new cars , but i feel there sporty dds,that looks killer ,but doesnt have the performance to back it up ,

sorry for the grammer , i was on my crap *** phone, and was still a lil hazy from a late night out, i m going by what i have seen at the track , i just cant see paying that much for very lil performance, and it has been a long time since i have been in a stock ls1 ,maybe i should have said modded ls1,but no more than a cam,bolt ons ,gears. i see these new cars run every week ,all i was getting at is there nothing to brag about in stock form,and trust me my comp and phone are on the way out ,only half the keys work ,

My last time at the track there was an automatic SRT-8 Challenger there, with the exact same mods as me, running 13.0 @ 107+ mph. I thought that was pretty good for an auto.

The point he was trying to make is that he has a H/C Charger that whoop the **** outta a pretty much stock f body, just like the OP has a H/C/I fbody and whooped the **** outta a stock charger and challenger. The outcome was to be expected and shouldnt be of any surprise.
