good races,im biased and like american muscle so im definately taking the z06 over that maintence plan.

 

I would take the Z06 any day, but thats just me.

 

i couldn't really say which is better...but again that lambo isn't a lp640...as stated above, a murcielago lp640 or aventador sure does look better and no Z06 stock is going to beat a lp700.

 

100k is not very obtainable. Lol. Not trying to be a douchebag, but unless you live in a very rich neighborhood, you're not going to see too many of those driving around.

Well in my old neighborhood (paramus, nj) you do see a fair number of 7 series, 911's, s classes and the like. there might not be great needed for many people to have a Lambo. Then again many people do buy new z06's and new vipers and those come pretty close to 100k new with options. so it does happen, just depends where you live.

 

Eh I'm not an exotic car person never been a fan of how they look or sound. Z06/ZR1s imo look nasty while lambos just look nice. Too each their own I guess

Im doing fairly well and would have a very hard time talking my wife into 100k for a used 10 year old mercie

But compared to 300-400k that very very few can afford a 100k car could be purchased by many people if they really wanted it that bad and were willing to sacrafice.

However someone who would have 100k to get an old mercie and struggle to pay it off would absolutely drown with the maintance fees.

Be much better off getting a 04 Gallardo for 85k as its much cheaper to maintain than the mercy



As far as the z06 vs mercy argument i think you guys are crazy and its not even comparable.

But I understand that many here are 20 years old and spent 12k on their fbody and rather 80k for a z06 or 330k for mercy both seem like a rich mans car and unobtainable and hence are both "dream cars" so to speak and comparable.

I love american muscle and would take a fgt any day of the week over a mercy but a vette in z06 trim is just a bigger engined better handling corvette to me while the mercy even 15 years from now will still be viewed as somthing truly special.


Its all good and hopefully some of you will get a z06 this year or next. It is a nice car

Lambo is status. You pull up to the mall in a z06 and people think maybe you manage one of the stores. Pull up in a mercy and people think you own the mall....

I think the viper sits just a lil higher than the z06 cause its 15k more and looks a lil more special. With 95 more hp and 3x rarer

I think a Gallardo sits a lil higher than the viper cause its 70k more looks a lil more special but has 40 less hp and isnt quite as rare.

But this is the mercy! Its 3-4 times more expensive.. 2-6 x more rare and has equal or more power depending on the year.

Lambo>Zo6 any single day of the week if money wasnt an issue. The interior of the lmabo makes a c6z look like a chevy aveo.

Plus you could always send your lambo to Undergorund and have the best of both worlds.
