This is my first kill of springtime it was NOT the way I had pictured it though. I was in my DD its a 5spd 98 S10 2.2L. My S-10 is completely stock except for a K&N filter. I'm at a redlight headed home from shooting my AR-15 for the first time and a younger guy in a early 2000's Ford Ranger, (I'm sure it was a 4cyl 5spd as well.) The Ranger unknown mods well except for the obvious fart cannon exhaust. We are sitting side by side and about 400yds ahead of us the lane he is in merges to my lane. He's rolling back and forth reving his weed eater at me so I KNOW he's gonna try and beat me to merge ahead of me. Well there is NO WAY IN HELL I'm gonna let that happen. The light turns green and I rev up to ~2000rpms and dump the clutch the tires give me a lil chirp from the tire shredding 110hp LOL. Well I look beside me and he STALLS his engine. HAHAHAHAHA Stupid Ford's

I saw the thread about all the Ford nut swingers and PSM in short said post vids and storys about all the Chevys romping on Ford well here's the first one posted since that thread got closed.

Take that Ford you are no match for the "S dime" LOL

 

Haha , my DD is a gmc sonoma ex cab 5 speed(same truck different badges) and I constantly **** with people at the lights that want to beat me through the intersection ! Now my tires are so bald , when its raining i cant make it up a hill if i come to a dead stop ! Just happened this week , literally sat there burning out when i tried to accelerate when the light changed ! Had to turn left (burning out the whole time) and take an alternate route home , lol !

 

Haha my tires aren't too good but they aren't that bad I was honestly surprised that the tires chirped. Your GMC is ext. cab and mine is a regular cab but they are basically the same truck...we gotta learn how to control that beast of a 2.2 LOL.
