I would guess 10.1 comp ratio, ported 781 heads or a decent set of aftermarket ones, .650 lift hyd roller cam, vic Jr intake, and 850 carb. Definitely not a max effort build though. Its still got more power in it but it would cost less to just up the shot...

Reminds me of my best friend Mike and his old 70 Monte Carlo with a 383 stroker in it. Was definitely not your average high school car
