Sounds like you have some cool co workers OP. I miss my 2V, it was a very consistent fun car to drive as a DD.

1998 Z28 (A4): Free Ram Air mod with a K&N filter.
1999 GT (M5): Full bolt-ons (minus LT's), 3.73's, lowering springs, wheels/tires, etc. 278RWHP/290RWTQ. Also has a passenger.
2004 GT (A4): BBK cold air intake, BBK off-road X pipe, Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back, and 4.10 gears.
'98 Z28 vs '99 GT
Race 1: 20-120; Mustang jumps half a car on the hit and is two or so cars back by the end.
Race 2: 45-130; Mustang jumps half a car again on the hit, falls back by two and a half cars or so by race's end.
Race 3: 0-100; Mustang blows his tires off the line and is a good seven or eight cars back by 100 (245's ain't helping this guy).
'98 Z28 vs '04 GT
Race 1: 20-100; I jump by a car on the hit and leave him like he's standing still. I have no idea how much I won by.
Race 2: 40-120; I give the GT about a car and the hit and by 120 am only a few feet in front of him.

I'm grateful to work with such a good group of guys and who actually know a thing or two. My boss drives a '10 SS but I don't know how to approach him for a race lol. I'll probably lose regardless.
