judging by the new 5.3 numbers, GM is sandbagging the LT1 numbers by a lot.

This graph is something I'd expect to see as a homework assignment for children. Looks poorly made.

boosted engine--- no surprise really. the 5.3 has higher fuel economy and towing ratings though.

This is the first I've seen of the 5.3 power figures. Looks promising for a entry level v8. I like the ecoboost stuff too, just not sure I would want the added complexity in a truck.
