Default stuck up for a Ferd...

.
I was coming home from the girls house around 2am last nite and saw a beautiful electron blue Z06 pull out in front of me. I pull up along side and gave him the nod, and to my amazement received an aggressive rev back. He pulled in the left lane to get around a bunch of traffic and I fell in behind him. He tapped the brakes and took off, and I downshifted and followed suit. We went from around 30mph up to around 90mph with me starting around a car length behind him and ending up right on his rear bumper. (couldn't have gone around him due to the traffic). This happened a few more times with the same basic results, with me starting from at least a car behind every time and pulling him ever so slightly but never able to pass him (we were only able to go in short bursts since the road is heavily patrolled by po-po). He pulled up and we exchanged the normal nice car BS, and went our seperate ways.

As I pulled onto one of the main 3 lane highways to get to my house (empty at 2 am) I noticed 3 sets of tail-lights up ahead of me ... one looked to be a late model stang.
As I got up there the 3 cars took off. One was a blue WRX STI, another was a black bullett stang, and the other was a black civic hatch. I wasn't really feeling the need to race, so I just let them go and watched. The stang got badly bruised by the STI and was barely edged out by the civic.

The stang guy dropped back next to me, rolled his window down and asked if I could show those guys whats up, since he has been trying but just couldn't beat the STI. I said sure, and ran up on the 2 cars. I got next to the STI, since the hatch didn't seem to be too quick. Immediately he honked 3 times and jumped. We were at around 60mph and I had to start from the bottom of 3rd. Ran basically even with him until I got up into the power band, then started pulling him really hard. At around 110 we shut down with me 2 cars or so ahead of him. I slowed down and the civic pulled up next to me. I rolled down my window and gave him the "pshhh get outta here" wave since I just destroyed his faster buddy. He floored it anyways tho, so I let him go for a second or two then ripped past him. (he did have a loud *** BOV and exhaust tho)

I slowed down and the stang guy gave me the thumbs up and took off.

Good kill(s)!
Stuff like that never happens to me. I wish it did. Oh well. I guess I'm gonna go driving now and hope for something cool.

It looked to be a stock bullett ... sounded like he may have had some exhaust work, but I couldn't be sure. However, I was surprised by how easily the STI had his way with the stang. I am pretty sure the STI was decently modded, as I have raced one before and it didn't hang with me as this one did. I have heard those things get pretty damn quick with little in the way of mods, so I don't doubt it at all. The civic hatch was also pretty impressive for what it is, but was also obviously highly modded, due to the crazy loud screeching noise at WOT and a big loud BOV ...
Also there was a strange lack of stickers on the two of them, which I believe to be the reason I won. Had their been more stickers, I definately would have been done for.

Nice kills. Did you spray the Z06? It doesn't sound like you did.

By the way why is there always a period in front of all of your posts?

No I didn't spray anyone.

The periods keep it seperated from the rest of the posts.

I agree, that would be the likely outcome.
