I beat a brand new 350Z in my 94 Z28 Lt-1 with 90k miles on it and all that was done to it was a SLP CAI. After I beat him, he pulls up next to me and says that his new 19" rims were slowing him down alot. Funniest crap ever.

They're slow as *****....saw a couple at the track run 15's....How does he have almost 300 RWHP if it's stock? They have 278 or something like that from the factory at the crank.

Well that's his talk ****, he thinks he's all that. I wanna beat that guy so badly. I told him i'd race him monday. Cuz in front of our school there's a big long long street. PERFECT for racing. Today my friend's intrepid beat this guy's 91 celica . Its crazy cuz when there's a race, all the school is out and on the street watching it. So if i beat this guy, everyone at school will see. Now you understand why i dont want to lose

Man... you just had to ask... I told you... no problem... a better match would be a supercharged 350Z, and even some of them are slower than you...

350Zs are all over the place performance wise.

i've personally witness them running 15s at the track, yet i've heard people here claim that at highway speed they can keep up with stock ls1s...

definatly take him from a dig if you can, although you'd still probably beat him by a wide margin from a roll.

i don't know where the 300rwhp figure came from but it's more like 230rwhp on a good day if the cars lucky.

i raced one of my friends 350z's, he jumped me from a light by like a car, but by end of first, i was at his bumper, by end of 2nd my rear bumper was already beyond his front end with ease, they arent fast at all, granted all he had was intake, but still didnt show me anything.

Not even... I've seen a lot of instances where stock 350Zs put down ~310 rwhp

?????? 310 to the wheels? They're not even rated that at the crank, did you mean 210? Cause that makes more sense. Saw a thread on one site.....guy put down 344 with full exhaust, headers and SC and a six speed tranny on a G35 coupe, and that has more stock HP than a 350 even with all that stuff Stillen can only get a G35 to run 13's....either way....WEAK compared to an Ls1. Here are some base numbers on a 350Z and they give it with a CAI system. http://www.2kracing.com/information/dyno/21-547.pdf

Blow this guys doors off and then kiss (or bang) his girl, that'll **** him off.

I beat a 350z and a twin turbo stealth. Both were stock. If his is stock don't sweat it.

350z looks nice in my rear view mirror. Thing is, it turns into a small speck too fast, therefore I need to slow down again to be able to admire it.
But seriously folks!
Unless that 350Z has some FI, there's no way it would be putting down those numbers.
Run him and beat him. Those things are slow stock. So was the Stealth Twin Turbo when it was new and stock.

Wouldnt even be close. I let a new 350z with exhaust hit it and get his rear bumper to my font and I put bout 3 on him from 25 to 65 in a a4.

Slow. I wouldn't worry about a 350Z.

I think it is sport compact magazine that has a NISMO 350 w/14k in factory approved mods. It makes like 10 more HP (headers, full exhaust, cams) than stock and still runs low 14's..

350z is more respectable than you think if it wasnt for all the ***** bags driving it. Its not LS1 but it can keep up with the right driver. Get the facts straight, Ive seen a lot of guys on Nissan forums that know their F-bodies just as well. b/c you saw some joe run high 14s or 15s doesnt mean thats all the car can do (in fact, ive seen some kids run 15s on an 01 SS), the car can actually do high 13s stock and get around 255rwhp at best; quite impressive for a na V6. They respect our cars and know the facts, I think we should do the same in return.

If you dont beleive me that the thing can run 13s, ive seen a couple at the track and forum members with time slips. motor trend pulled a 13.77@100.9 and road & track that got a 13.9. As for the supercharged 350zs still in the low 13s or high 12s, the car doesnt really do well with a 10.3:1 compression especially with shitty kits from ATI and stillen. Although there have been some turbocharged ones that have stepped into high 11s with really good tunning and ive seen someone run 12s with a vortec s/c.
