cursing in my 5.3 s10 with my buddy and a mustang pulls up next to us, looks at me and yells "slowww". then after a short conversation about how slow my "4.3l v6" is light turned green and he took off, I tried not to laugh as I acted like I was trying to keep up with him. we got out of town and I pulled up next to him as he took back off. so I figured id let him have it. I hammed it and before I knew it I had about 6 cars on him Lol. to say they least he didn't go bragging to his buddies about it. I was surprised he even wanted to race first stang that would race me.

I think it was just cause he owned a mustang.

 

He looked around my age (17) after I stomped him he pulls next to me and says "this thing is quick as ****" lol but sir it's just a v6 ;-)

Strange, I own one and have never yelled at anyone at a light. I have had people give me a thumbs up but never had anyone yell at me. I usually have the windows up and the a/c blasting.

 

Weird must've never read the mustang owners manual. Clearly states it in there.

 

Those 4.3Ls are slow though... good thing thats a 5.3 instead. LOL

Truth.

I thumbs up a lot of people myself. I've only had a d-bag in an E46 M3 and an Audi S4 give me ****, trash talk or thumbs down. For the most part, other drivers respect it and I do the same.

 

Dude thought it was a 4.3 v6. Gotta love the sleeper exhaust!
