I'm planning on cruising down with the guy that has the 408 fbody who wants to race you. As soon as he gets his transmission installed we will head down and hopefully run a few different cars.

the 5.0 I raced is planning on running it at the track this week to see what kind of mph he can get out of it. If anyone is curious I can post the results.

 

I'd like to see it. Judging by your pull, I'll give him 116 max.

 

That 5.0 didn't sound like it had LTs cause it sounded like complete *** but im guessing low tens mph wise.

 

When will the 408 be ready? I'm putting a new trans in mine tomorrow. I'd like to not shift it like a raped ape for a week or 2, sick or breaking these lol. But, I'm always down for some races! Just no more in CT
