Quick kill story
Hey guys,
Just wanted to note that I raced a 2010 Chrysler 300 w/the 5.7 Hemi last night. Did about 3 pulls, some from a roll and one standing. The Camaro won each time by atleast a full car length as the 300's nose was at the z28's rear about 3-4 ft back once we let off. Also, it was within the Z28's weak point 0-80ish, 10-80ish, 20-80ish for each pull. I think if we were to have gotten on a highway and did something like 60-120 I would have really blown this thing away.
It's amazing how that 2002 LS1 5.7 is so powerful, even going against a 2010 5.7 Hemi.. however, the 300 is a four door and much heavier I would assume.
This summer's kill stories:
2008 Impala SS (aftermarket exhaust)
2010 Chrysler 300C 5.7 (aftermarket exhaust)
Keep em coming!!!! LS1 FTW

Good job!
The 5.7L Chrysler 300 is a bit heavy and does not move as well as the 6.1L or the 392Hemi SRT. For a little more of a challenge, try the SRT8 versions. They do run much harder.
BTW..what are your mods?

Ha I don't know anyone who races or is even into cars that much, so whoever I'm racing is completely random and it just happens out of the blue. The 300c called me out, so we went at it. I would be happy to race a 2 door.

I'd be scared to race a SRT, but would surely do it. Right now, I'm completely stock except for sub frames. After racing the 5.7 I know the SRT would kill me.

Good kill! Those 5.7 hemi cars are good for mid to high 13s. I'm shocked you didn't pull him by more than that. Maybe he was tuned? A 6.1 should pull a ls1 by a car or two a 6.4 would walk a stock ls1 pretty easy. A least from my experience it took some boltons for a 4th gen to even give me somewhat of a good race.
