I have never ridden an S1000RR, but I have heard the power comes on violently (especially the new ones). So you would start in 2nd at 60? I would think you would bog a bit?

It does bog a little....but only by comparison of how hard it pulls in the power band. When I ran the busa (-1/+3) from 60... we both started out of second gear. His bike with more tq and much steeper gearing didn't pull at all on an even start and once mine came into the power... it was over

should be fun, i can't hook 1st gear... if i could I'm sure id be a different race. let me know, I'm always down for a fun run.

even just to keep up with the bike on a higher roll would be impressive to me.

What's better for you? 60 or 70? 70 is obviously better for me.

60, 70 is to high for 2nd and to low for 3rd. I'm sure you should walk pretty good but I'm down for some fun.

60 is fine. Will be soft for me on the hit... But being better for you should work out nice. Im more interested in the 100-160 comparison between the two.

Nice kill, it's even better when they try to jump and still get slaughtered. Bet your buddy wasn't too happy about that lol

I bet you're glad you went turbo now, eh? It's a long road but worth it.

no doubt man. I've had my fair share of issues with both setups but I'm loving the turbos

It was actually 55° outside the night we raced to the car just Flat out works. I dead hooked. I honestly was expecting a spin fest but my car just hooks like no other lol.

my car hits so hard off the hit that 2nd gear even with the tall gears and tall tires is like 1st, its incredible really. the entire time I'm pulling him I'm in 3rd gear, its setup absolutely perfect for rolls.

The setup is a ERL 427 with prc 255 heads, TTIX twin turbo kit with precision ball bearing billet wheel 6265's on 14 psi right now.
I won't mention the subies setup, he likes it to be secret, I will just say it's the fastest Subie I've ever seen and been in... We are good friends, like I said tho, it has pulled on a 770whp gtr... And that's not a dyno happy number either.

he only jumped because he left on the count of 1 and i wasn't ready lol... he is known for jumping but he said his ebrake wouldn't hold him back enough (brake boost) so i just chased him down.

I haven't weighed my car since it had a blower on it but back then it was 3125 without me in it, I'd say it's around 3200lbs that being on the high side. I plan on taking it to a scale soon and see exactly where it's at. For some reason the car has always be light even with all the added weight from the extra parts.
Nice run i have almost the same setup and going to install ZR1 Tr6060 but it seems i need C6 cradle with Z06 Diff
where did you make the conversion ? any help will be appreciated

Yea you will need c6 cradle, c6z rear. If you have coilovers you can run ur stock c5 control arms, if you do not you will need c6 control arms and the c6 Spring. I used the adapter trans mounts from rtk56
