I've wondered that myself. Only caveat is that you would have to upgrade the C6Z to equivalent tires as the 350R for it to be fair.

Lol a C6Z is taking a big dump on a GT350. Looks to me like a GT350 runs like a FBO 5.0.

Although I'm not impressed with the 350 and have a hard on and respect for C5Z's I believe it's overkill saying a stock C5Z will take it. C5Z'S are amazing machines and are impressive but no I don't believe for a hot second that it can take a 350 in a coarse or straight line from dig or roll. I could be wrong but doubt it.

Yes the c6z is another monster and it's still hands a *** whooping on anything that comes out today. Cam and bolt on c6z usually destroys anything especially motor to motor.

 

Very true sir, no disputes there. Once the head issue is handled an bolt on's and a cam happen it is usually not pretty for a competitor

 

They made a 2013 C6Z, hardly a decade ago.

That has more to do about weight, I've seen HCEI fif gen Z28 at the track...not impressed for all them cubes.

 

Idk.......i bet a c5z give it all it wants in a straight......they've been 11.8 @118 stock. Tires have come to far for it to compete in turns tho. But on the same tires i bet the c5z would surprise you.
Car came out in 06 and was basically unchanged......so yea a decade.
Funny part is either of your cars would get outrun by saud fifgen with no power adders.

HCIE c6z's aren't that impressive here. Guess the elevation really takes a toll on them.
