i would like for all the ricers who say "a turbo is the replacement for displacement" to have seen this.........

 

your turbo > my displacement

 

my turbo + my spray > your displacement

i guess its the gearing, (and the fact the stock turbo is WAY to small for the engine its sitting on) but 4th gear in the srt4 SUCKS! i can pull stock 03 cobras, mildly modded ls1's, through 2nd and 3rd gear by usually a car or 2 (off the spray)... but once i hit 4th its over

i cant spray in 2nd, but it makes 3rd gear just that much better... and it REALLY helps 4th, which is when i usually put a lot of distance between me and the car im racing. unless its crager of course

I was going to drive Dean to MTI Saturday to get his car, but I had to go out of town. Sounds like I missed a chance to ride in a really nice SS.

Damn man I wish I could have came out and ran with you a bit...I had a wedding Saturday...Took up the whole freakin day. Maybe we can try and catch up with each other this weekend...BTW you have an 11 second car it's high 11's, but 11's none the less. Nice death.

i was telling craig, i put in the 100 shot, and couldnt even hit it in 3rd gear without sliding around. im running the 75 with the new throttle body for now, gotta find some good tires to put up front (that will still be good in the rain cause its my daily driver) then ill try the 100 again

 

dang wrong wheel drive is killing me.
my srt4 WILL be rwd before im done with it

 

That should be pretty cool..I don't think that your front axles will live too long a 100 shot with sticky tires

 

probably not. i definately wont run sticky tires if i take it to baytown. ive already wheel hopped so hard my windshield wipers turned on
