Default Evo vs. LT1 Vette

Going to work today and this white vette comes cruisin up my tail pipe. I move over for him and he goes by goosing the throttle a little. I said to myself sweet a race on the way to work. I get behind him and follow as there was traffic in my lane. It is clear up ahead. He punches it and gets a jump of about 6 cars. I downshift to fourth at around 80 gun it, run him down shift to fifth and proceed to put about 2 buslengths on him by 140. I was pretty happy with the outcome . He ended up getting off at the same exit and we chatted at a light. Real cool guy late 40's. Was very impressed with the Evos power. This car has some serious topend now that I modded it. Retune tomorrow on good gas, more power . I will be racing on Saturday at Englishtown, will have some new slips to post.

Nice kill man. A stock/bolton LT1 'vette is no match for your car.

One of my good friends is racing his evo at Englishtown saturday. It is Silver with a police badge in the drivers side part of the windshield.

He has new cams, turbo-back exhaust, 21 lbs of boost with the controller, intake, short throw, 2000 dollar ceremic clutch, BOV, and tuning. His dyno put him at 360 AWHP, so his car is probably similar to yours. Good luck! (his name is trevor btw)

I will be there Saturday. I dynoed today and put 375 AWHP and 375 AWTQ. with race gas. Should be good for high 11's.
