So I was driving around cause it was a nice day and I had mt top down(convertible). I am a new camaro onwer and am enjoying it very much, but anyways, I was driving and all of a sudden some POS ricer pulls up with red spoon rims. So I'm like ok he ruined the day by passing me with that loud *** muffler of his so I catc up to him at a light. He throws a rev so I get ready for the light. I turns green and I leave him and his friends *** about 2-3 car lengths behind. Like I said before this is my first z28 and my first kill also. Oh and I got stopped sat at 3 in the morning for not having front license plates. Has this happened to anyone else. 96 z28 A4.

YES!

Texas state law requires a front plate somewhere on the front of the car.
I have seen a few guys putting it under the bumper mounted to that black plastic that hangs down underneath and you can almost not even see it.
Not real sure if that's legal or not though.
That and as much as mine gets rubbed on crap I really don't see that being a good place to put it.
A front plate does make the car look like crap. IMO

Maybe someone else has some more info...

Nah, I just put my license plate on the dash. So far haven't heard any complaints about it, even after being pulled over twice ( for speeding, not the license plate )
