Had a WS6 play with me in my C5....not too interesting really, same ole same ole, usually a drivers race, but then again my car isn't setup for drag racing, it's built for the twisties and top end. hahahaha....that's my trap for ya! Guy get's a bit cocky asking me if I enjoyed paying so much for my car when he could outrun me....I asked if he wanted to race to Galveston and back (I live in Dallas) and he looked at me like I was nuts....told him I had $5k to put down on it....he started looking a bit pale...so, I conceeded and asked if he'd like to run on some roads outside of town, and if he could keep up I'd show him what the Corvette was really designed for....he took the bait, but i never could get him to put down any $$...took him out to the country, and by the second turn he was falling behind....and I could see him sliding and spinning and pretty much overall finding out how poorly that car handled. Within the first couple of miles I had him by 1/4 mile and pulling away rapidly. I kept it up long enough to lose sight of him, so I pulled over and waited...and waited...he had given up and finally pulled up next to me shaking his head in disbelief.
So no, I don't drag, unless I think you're stupid enough to take my bait and meet me on my turf.....

What's really funny is the challenges to race....guys like you I prey upon frequently. See, you don't know me or what I have on the car, and looks wise, she's a sleeper if you don't know what to look for. I've made no mention of any mods, yet many want to jump on the bandwagon of "come race me" or some such smack talk.
Okay....I'll let a couple things slip, which I don't normally do until after $$ have been agreed to and changed hands.
LPE. T1+. Slammed. Brembo + power vents. Dyno 723/784.
That's enough for now. If you know anything at all you'd know to take a more careful stance on what this car is capable of. It's okay, not everybody spends $65k + in mods, but thatnks to overconfident punks, I just keep adding on.

Actually, we do know you. You dont even have a vette. And youre pist that you got called out on it. The reason you didnt disclose your mods is cause you dont want to sound like a jackass when you tell us your vetter has new JCWhitney ladderbars and new APC muffler bearings.
The very fastest and quickest LS1s in the country frequent this board, and many people here know the owners personally. If you were EVER EVEN CLOSE to being a major competitor in any arena, be it drag, auto-x, circle track, whatever, there would be many members here who would know you, and be discussing your setup and ways to surpass it. Simply put, the kind of setup youre trying to tell us you have, just dosnt materialize without people taking notice.

If youre trying to be all inconspicuous, Then why are you advertizing your car here? 21 who? Im sorry, without some scanned (non photoshopped) shop receipts, some dyno charts, multiple photos and multiple videos showing the car, its mods, and you all in the same shot, as well as a untouched scan of your drivers license so we can match you to the guy in the pics / vids.... well, without all that stuff, im going to call one very big BULLSHIT. Now surprise us all with all this proof, and ill be the first one to throw you your well deserved props on the car, but that still wont help your fucktard attitude.
