Rustang spank I am cruising and minding my own affair when a mid 90s Stang GT vert starts pacing me. I think it was the year that the 5.0 overlapped the newer body style but am not sure. He is stalking me. I figure the boy must be packin' something to be looking for a ZO6. Gets along side and gives me a rev. We go from a roll but can't do much due to traffic. We come up to a light and the right lane is occupied so I am in the left one and he is behind me. The light turns green and I get enough to allow him into the other lane. He gets alongside with open road ahead and punches it. I hit it and for a minute, we are dead even. And then my revs get up and he is toast.....4 cars by 100mph. The thing ran stronger than any run of the mill GT I have come against....and most won't bother to race. We come up to another red light with nothing but open road ahead. I have time to roll my window down to see what he is packin'. He rolls on by and does the <img border="0" alt="[rainbow]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_rainbow.gif" /> turn off. I guess he had seen enough of the C5 fat ***.
