Corvette vs 2002 Z28

My buddy where I work has a stock 2004 corvette convertible with a 6-speed and wants to race me. You can see from my sig what I have done to my car. What are my chances?

If you are a better driver, you have a good chance. You really have nothing to lose. If you lose to a Vette, you shouldn't feel too bad. But if you win, you'll feel pretty good.
