Anyhow, as others have pointed out it is functional. Doesn't work that great from the factory but you can get a BGRA (Brian Greene Ram-air) for it to make it work well. Thats what I have

PS I have a 7-foot funnel on my car that gives me 60 lb. boost at 40mph. Don't even ask about what it's like at 145!

What are you arguing about? You guys are both right. From the factory it is functional in the sense that it looks cool and can flow some cool air under the hood. Functional as in "ram air", it isn't. The BGRA seems to work well in making it functional though. I think you would get more of a "ramming" effect with the ftra or ssra though.
