Well then it seems that an LS1 and a modular 4.6 are both capable of 7s, so therefore they both have equal potential!!Right?? Sorry to be a dick to BackSVT but i disagree the way he prased his comment. The 03-04 Cobra motor is definitely easier to mod and squezze horsepower out of, but you can get the same amount out of an LS1, it may cost a little more and require a little more time but the POTENTIAL is just the same.

as long as you have money and a solid motor you can do what ever you want to it, to make it as fast as you want/need it, just depends on what you like i.e. Ricer motors, Pushrod motors, or Modular motors. A Z06 is my dream car, then throw on the one of the baddest blowers ever made and its just that much better. The last time i checked the Z06 was puttin out over 500 hp to the wheels with only around 5.5 lbs of boost
