I don't have hard feelings towards you Phantom. Life's too short for that. My apologies to you, as well. You're welcome to post in any of my threads man.

Anyway, I saw a used black NSX at the Acura dealership last night and it looked nice. I just can't see paying that much money for one. I guess it just depends on one's taste, though. There's NO WAY I would drop an LS1 in one of those cars, though ... maybe an LS7! Can you imagine all the Stangs, Corvettes, and F-Body's who would be trying to pick on you ... thinking you have the V6 motor? S-U-R-P-R-I-S-E !!!!

Haha Im just playin with ya man and I hear ya. I used to get pissed over other peoples comments but then just realized that most people just try to get a response out of people, good or bad, so I just ingore instigators. I dont know if Phantom was really trying to start something but either way its not even really worth getting pissed about. Everyone has been getting so critical of everyones races lately that its almost pointless to post a kill unless you have a video of it due to the many new members here who post bullshit kills. When one of my good friends was valet parking in New York some guy dropped his NSX off and the parking lot was about 1/8 of a mile down the street he took it for a little quick cruise and said the same thing, that it handled like it was on rails but unless he kept the RPMs WAY WAY up there was little to no power, but when he did push it go goin pretty well. Its fun though getting a kill on a $90,000 car, really makes ya appreciate your f-body!

98Z28MASS > Hell, man ... wasn't even really pissed ...LOL!!! I don't take a lot of these posts serious, either.

Turbo on a 3.2 V6 NSX? I think maybe a S/C on a cold day. By the time that thing got the turbo spun up, the race would be over ...

I was attempting to stick up for your kill in my first post, then the thread somehow managed to turn into a discussion about how the NSX is slow for it's money, which I joined in on. Sorry if my explination to you sounded like I was preaching, but as it said on the bottom, I wasn't being an ***, I was just explaining my view as to why the thread departed from it's original intension.

Go back and re-read your posts ... if you really don't realize you took the wrong approach to address the issues you addressed, then, I guess you were just doin' it New York style. We have more compassion and respect for our friends and fellow board members here in the South ... guess we were just raised different. No hard feelings, as I had stated before ... just try not to be so abrasive to others? I'm being nice because my wife is making me.

Car 54 ... wheeeeeeeeeeere aaaaaaaaare yoooooouuuuuu?

Unit213 ... wheeeeeeeeeeere aaaaaaaaare yoooooouuuuuu?

Unit ... long time no hear from you man ... stir the damn pot or somethin' ... hope things are good for you and your Ford buddies ... looks like SouthFlorida dude sold his **** .. too bad ... wanted to race him when I get my engine work done.

.
Well I'm sorry if I was too abrasive to 300hp/ton when I was defending your kill ... I guess that is just NY style? Anyways, I'm assuming you believe the approach you took (with your whole homosexual episode), was a much less abrasive way of handling a situation then the one I took, correct? Either way I'll be sure to water down my posts from now on, so they won't offend you. After all, this section would be much more entertaining, and the world would be an overall better place if we’d all just snuggle.

I'm from Tennessee .... spent my last 5 years, before retirement, in Texas. Hoss is a general term and is normally meant to be a friendly southern gesture. LOL! I forgot you are from NY and might not understand us southern folks' terminology.
