Raced a C6....

Raced a C6.... One the way home i see this C6 casually pass me in the left lane. I pull up to check it out, guy look relatively young so i say to my self, why not see how fast an LS2 is? We find a clearing and i make my intentions clear. He laughs and jumps on it without waiting. I follow suit. I was actually amazed i hung with him. From about 80, we only took it up to about 105. at that point he had about 1.5 cars on me. Pretty fast though, i won't be racing those again till i get my h/c.

Very similar mods. Hope you got some good tire for that one, I drove a C6 Z51 at the chevy ride and drive and these things could launch pretty good. But i do think it is entirely possible since i was able to do a comparison. Better driver could very well take a C6 from a dig.

Very similar mods, since my other mods don't really help up top (SFC, LCA, etc.). Hope you got some good tire for that one, I drove a C6 Z51 at the chevy ride and drive and these things could launch pretty good. I did a short sprint against my friends (moms) C6 from a roll up until like 70. I stuck with him pretty good, from a 40-120 race I could see a bolt on LS1 hanging dead even with an LS2.

What is the weight diff. between the C6 and our cars? What do they ussually put out for WHP? I'm still on the 2.73's as well, Looking to go 3.23's soon. Might fair better next time i decide to take one on.
