I thought I was going to race a Cobra & get killed but miscommunication lead to . I was driving along and he pulls up next to me. Ive never heard a car sound as good as his did. It was like something from the movies.
Anyway, he is a little bit in front of me & I had to maneuver around a car to get next to him. We are going about 50 next to each other. I look over at him & his window is down about half way. He waves to me by wiggling his fingers only while shaking his head no. I took that as he didnt want to race. Then he took off . Then I took off. Then he hit the brakes as I passed him then I hit the brakes. I thought he would line up again with me but instead he did a U turn. In retrospect I guess his wave & shaking his head meant he was going to take off. Oh well, I think I would have lost anyway. We were on Higgins for you Chicagolanders. His plate was not Illinois & it was something like "PASSNU2". With is racing strategies I think I could take a lot more cars too.
