Well honestly unless its a stealth cam and the bottle and lines are hidden your retarded if you dont notice that stuff. When one of the members of the f-body club I hang with got his 224/224 112lsa cam put in, which isnt a very big cam, you could tell right away that it was cammed. Just listen for a loud valvetrain or lope, and look under the hood to see if there are nitrous solenoids or gauges in his car. I understand what you mean about lying about mods but I think its even worse when people lie about mods when they really have less than more in this case, thats JMO though.
