could i take a ...? long story short, this guy around town with a srt4 keeps mouthing off...as far as i know he has a boost controller (running around 12 psi...i think) and a intake

Well SRT4s run more than 12 psi stock, and if hes running a boost controller and upped the boost to 18 then it could be a good race with him maybe even pulling you. Stock for stock though you would walk him.

with a bad 4l60 and no converter and no headers i beat a supercharger silverado with 440 rwhp who was running his mouth. I think you can beat a neon. everyone said he'd beat me by bus lengths because i was an auto vert with no big mods.

Be very careful, when was the last time somebody told you all there mods? I have tuned a few cars with minimal mods(exhaust and boost controler) and they make around 300whp. Ask to see under his hood and look for a blue or red motor/tranny mount they are prone to breaking on any hard launch, if they are all black race from a dig. Good luck. Thanks Steve

a buddy of mine has an SRT-4 with just a boost controller turned up he made 260some RWHP and his car is beat to **** without the controller on it it was making like 200rwhp which is less then it shoulda been making from what i understand. It'll be close i think gotta be on the top of your driving.

The 1% is identifiable by lack of ground clearance killing body kits and for the most part neons. They also compliment YOUR car and show interest. Also, many carry dyno/ET slips in their glove box in my experience.

The couple i've raced tended to lie on their mods, one told me he was stock, but when i pulled up next to him, there were no tips and he had a boost controller inside, the other said he was bone stock, but i have talked to him before and he listed mods off, steveb has a good point, when did you ever tell anybody all your mods?
I've run one and it probbly was stock those little suckers scoot! You should find out what is really done to it and run him anyway just for fun

SO basically hes running Below Stock BOOST?? hehe and a intake. Stock LS1 With Tires can Take stage 2 cars all them time.Pushing 15PSI . You Dont have anyting to worry about. Dig Or ROLL Take your Pick Good luck Post the Results for us
