I used to have a Saturn Ion Redline (Same as Cobalt SS) The "kits" that they have are just simple stage kits that raise hp up to about 250 from 205. They involve bigger injectors, smaller sc pulley, and an ecu flash. That kit just barely gets them into the 13s. I don't know what GM did to get that car into the 11s. Maybe t hey turboed it as well.
I know a guy on redlineforums.com who twin charged his Redline and supposedly he putting 300+ to the from wheels on low boost, so you never know.
If they did get a Cobalt into the 11s, props to them because those are cool cars.
