Lightning vs. 99 TA

Lightning vs. 99 TA so friday my buddy calls me and one of his friends has his cousins Lighning and he wants to race me. So we go out on the highway a ways to make sure its clear. I dont know if he doesn't know how to race or if he was just that drunk (my friend told me after the race that he had been drinking). But i started to burn my tires to clean all the crap off of them and he takes off like we are racing. So my friend tells him to stop so we line up and my friend says we are ready to go and i honk the horn once and he takes off, so i said F*ck it and i go. His back bumber was probably about 3ft. in front of my front bumper and i came back and beat him in the 1/4 by maybe about 1.5-2 car lengths. That ought to teach him a lesson. lol

sounds like a dumb ***....anyway good run. Beware if he gets pullied with some other minor bolt ons. My 02 L could hang with camed Ls1's pretty good, only in the high top end would I get pulled.
