Considering your car was made in Mexico, are you an import?

Lets see. An LS1 death by a 400+hp 350z.
A fast car is a fast car and that deserves some respect.
Flame suit on. Go.

If we're talking crank, it's probably 500+.

Anyways, nice kill. What kindo of TT setup do you have?

Thanx for the comments.

My mr2 has:

2.2L stroker
gt40r turbo
full race turbo kit
trunk mount intercooler
fully built head
aem standalone
etc...

I have run a best time of 11.2 at 128mph with a 2.2 60ft time. But my best mph has been 131mph. I am going to crank up the boost here pretty soon to 35psi once my transmission is finished. Hopefully I will crack the 750rwhp mark.

Exactly, but now that my car is ok on the rwhp side, I welcome those who want to challenge. Just a few kinks to work out on the lifters side and I will be out there. Shooting for a 408 ci and a 300 shot soon. I really want to beat this 250 rwhp 1300 CC turbo bike in H-town.

Power Enterprise kit. I choose this for a couple of reasons.

1) Ball bearing turbos

2) Excellent response and top end

I could have choose different kits that have the ability to make more power, but since this is street driven, I am very content with its performance.

I am highly considering doing the stroker kit on this. THere is a company by the name of AEBS, that has a 4.3 liter stroker but is very costly. If I decided to do this, I will be forced to go a different route in regards to the PE kit. The kit I am using now is good for 6-650rwhp. With only 7-8 psi of boost now, I am already at 416rwhp, with no tuning. There are 350z's making 650rwhp with only 15 psi of boost. If I didn't invest so much money with my deuce, then I would have problably have had the stroker kit by now.

I remember this top speed effort 350Z with a 3.8L in the Silver State Challenge awhile back, was that an all bore 3.8 then?

Sadly the car got a flat and wrecked in a most spectacular fashion.

^ There's a company out there that put some stroker kit out for the Z. It actually put out some decent number but costs a lot. With that money your better doing what 25psi did and just go FI.

Stop being an ignorant tool, I hate when ricers say stupid **** like that as if it actually means something.

The F-Bodys were assembled in Canada and Mexico, but that doesn't make them "Canadian" or "Mexican" vehicles

They were made by General Motors, which is an American company, based in America. Period, case closed, enough with the bullshit.

Sure... But... Why couldn't you do both?

There is NEVER a disadvantage to a stoker set-up.
