I almost got taken by a grand prix gtp last year when I was cam only...it wasnt loud either, it looked completely stock to me, turns out he had a whole bunch of **** done, including some nitrous, it was a low 12 second car...you never know what your up against.

And how do you know it wasnt the 320hp TT 300zx...but he would have dusted that also...if it was stock.

dont laugh but I pulled up to a real POS older looking 280Z and thought it would be an easy kill. Turns out it had a juiced LT1 in it and it pulled away from me llike I wasn't moving, lol

 

For one thing he could have told it was turbo when he said he pulled out shifting at 2500 RPM, and the 300 was racing him. If that was a race something is wrong.

He wasn't racing, the 300zx thought he was. Remember, when he got to the next light, the guy made that comment, "Nice try, maybe next time". That's when he decided to race, not the first time.

EXACTLY, whenever people get a cocky attitude like that, they need to be put in their place, especially when they don't realize anything that's going on around them (like the other car wasn't even trying).

 

No offense LSINA7 but you dont make the rules for the forum so if you dont want to read the post then dont click on the post. In addition, you never know what the other person has under the hood and you cant tell me if you were in your rx-7 and someone pulled that and mouth off to you you wouldnt bother showing them the error of their ways...

Ok, I lose because I wouldn't race a slow *** car and post about it. Now if this car was fast and I knew it, and he pulled that ****. Then I would have raced him and said something. But seriously, a non-turbo 300Z. Whatever, I don't really care if you guys take pride in beating a 2 ton 180 hp "rice". Sure its cool to put a "ricer" in his place, just like it is cool to put any bad *** who thinks his **** is fast.
