If I read right you have an LS1, not a rice engine, so what have you proved. I personally go by the motor and drivetrain not the body of the car.

Haha, not a "rice" engine. Sometime, I wonder about you guys. And I am not getting into it again. I also do have a "rice" engine car, that I have spent maybe $5200 on including the car. It ran a 13.9 at 106, and its built for a turbo. Which $2700 later, I hope to get into the 11's... And get 25 mpg. Don't make me start this again.

i would laugh at stis. just not modded ones

Think about it - the equivelent of an American STi or Evo would be a Chevy Malibu or Ford Fusion with a body kit, parkbench wing on the back, and turbo on their 4 banger base model engines. They don't make those for a reason...

If Chevy wanted to compete with the STi, the closest vehicle they have would be the Malibu. I'm just demonstrating how ridiculous it is to consider an upgraded family sedan a "sports car", people are just used to the Impreza coming in WRX and STI form, therefore it seems almost normal.
