weekend SS fun
weekend SS fun Didn't get to make e-town, but on Sat I took the SS out for a spin. Came across a Viper that didn't want to play, maybe he thought it would be easy? Nice car though, not sure of year, I really don't follow them that close, but it was all Blacked out, windows, wheels, everything, sounded great too.
I came up on the local police riding a vintage harley all decked out with police garb. We stop at a light, exchange compliments, that was cool.
Hit a light with this older guy in a Buick Lesabre, he says "what's that got in it?", I respond an LS1, he says this has an LT1, and proceeds to take off hard at light change. LOL, it was funny, I almost got on it just to smoke him, but decided not to. I wasn't even sure they put LT1's in those?
I guess the highlight was smoking a bright Yellow GT mustang that came up fast on me in the next lane, I seen him coming and downshifted into 3rd (was doing about 60, should have grbbed 2nd) I let him get next to me then nailed it, pulled on him hard, had about 4 cars at 110 or so. Slowed down for an upcoming light, give the thumbs up and what does this *** do? Takes off and cuts me off so he can make a right turn.
oh well, good times anyway..
