Mach 1 WASTED!!!
I was wondering about that number, but I'm still on an LS1 intake manifold and i think that's really holding back the flow on the intake side of the engine. I'm gonna get an LS6 intake soon so hopefully that will go up a bit. I lost a lil compression when i changed the pistons. Got a 2cc valve relief and never milled the heads. The car still needs some tweaking but it will get there soon.
I've heard of huge numbers from the TReX and I just haven't seen them from my car yet. I'm really hoping a new manifold from the LS1 that's on there will open things up. If that after that my winter project might be to tear the heads back off and have them milled a bit to make up for the valve reliefs in the pistons that i have now. I think once I do that I should see the numbers everyone expects.
I've also got a 26" tire with the 4.10 and if i go up to a 28" tire i think i'll stay in the power band a lil longer and not go through the gears as quick. Gotta get a rear end first. Don't wanna break my daily driver again.

From what I hear the the Mach 1 motors are comparable to LS1's. BUT I have only seen one run good times....

Good kill OP!
But I do agree, something is not right...You should be around 400rwhp with only the T-rex. I'm thinking you should at least be 430+, and then around 450 with the ls6 intake.
But everything could be fine and whatever dyno you used plus those 4.10's might have altered the results a little, I don't know, sounds like she is running good either way!

To the original poster- Good kill! Whenever I race my friends formula, the race is always much closer from a dig. Unless traction is an issue, that would be the mach's strength. But anybody that doesn't know a radical cam when they hear one probably doesn't know jack$hit about racing anyway. It's not that the results would have been any different anyway.
What kind of times are running with that setup?
