Pretty much..but both A4 and M5s have alum blocks. THe m5s have a forged crank, and the A4s do not. The A4s have the same auto as a GT, but the M5s have different gearing in their 3650s than the GTs do.
Ride heighth, suspension, brakes, exhaust...are all different. THere are acutally more differences than similarities.
