I Challenge Any And All
I think, and this is just me here, that he is just hosting a track day at his local strip, and is inviting LS1s/anyone to come down and race, all nice and friendly like. I don't think he's your typical ricer talking ****. Although he seems to be some god-fearing holly roller....but better then typical rice. I'm as lost as everyone else with the 76hp/200hp whatever talk, but my thought is it's a friendly invitation to come to a rented track and race.

On a serious note though maybe he is a good guy and really has a fast car, the user name though and the 0 posts seem to imply otherwise.
