Actually if he only had like intake and exhaust, being at the Camaro's door til about 40 is reasonable. Especially since the Camaro is pretty much stock from the way his sig looks with an auto. So with a good launch on the Integra's part if it's the b18 DOHC VTEC motor it's possible to stay at the Camaro's door till 40.

 

 

What's that for? Seriously that's just till about right after the Integra hits second. Through first gear being at his door would be about right. But yeah after that he put multiple lengths on the Integra like he should. That's the way it should be. The Integra was probably a 5speed anyways so he has the advantage on the launch over the auto.

 

you still have alot to learn my friend. I can tell your one of those people who thinks Manuals are faster then auto's...sorry but truthfully, whether its auto or a 6spd doesnt really make a difference. Auto's infact once stalled, will simply out launch a 6spd everytime....the only difference stock for stock a auto vs. a 6spd make are dyno numbers....they will run about the same times at the track

 

Ok maybe autos are just as good as manuals but it's not obsurd to think that an Integra was at his door till 40. I have a Cavalier Z24 that's stock and I ran with a 2004 Mustang Gt till about 55 then once I hit third he pulled away. And anything can happen on the street. Stock for stock an Integra GSR could run at an SS's door till 40. I'm not saying it's gonna happen every time but with a good driver in the GSR it just may happen.

 

no offence but theres a pretty big difference between a 99-04 mustang GT compared to a LS1

 

Yeah but still an Integra at an SS's door till 40 isn't outta the question. It's not like the SS is gonna get like a 2 or 3 car jump right off the start. And that's just the Integra's first gear, once he has to shift and hits 2nd, the SS is gone. Which sounds about like how it should go. He's not saying that he ran with him till 70 or anything past, it's just to 40.

 

He never spun like i did... I spun threw first... he kept at my door till i stopped spinning... He says intake and exhaust.. i knew he was lieing... but anyway.. i didnt launch of the line.. he did.. i was paying attention and i couldnt hear him reving.. we raced several times.. i raced my buddy with a M6 SS and beat him off the line without tacking up.. and it was downhill and i beat him by half a car off the line
