Default Viper kill.

I was cruising along on the FWY when all the sudden I see a Viper on my right lane. I turn into the lane next to him passing him with cutouts open thinking he’s not going to run. He then pulls right behind me; I then pull to the far left lane to give him some room. The with out warning he punches it. I then punch it too now having to catch up about a half a car lead. I run through my gears and end up putting a half a car on him(my front bumper a half a car in front of his front bumper) before we have to start slowing down due to cars coming up ahead. I then start slowing down to 45 MPH to put some distance from the cars up ahead so I can race again but he keeps trying to jump ahead. I can see he not getting it and I just drive on and go about my business while he takes off. lol
Not a great kill but a fun short little run anyways.

I'm not sure. It still had new plates still on it so I think it was stock. The rear looked a little different than I remember( like it had a mesh or grating on the rear. With a 150 shot he still gave me a good short run. It also scared me because I hit the rev limiter slightly and then my engine service soon light flashed on an off a couple of times but didn't leave any codes.

Sounds like he raced a 2006 coupe...3450 pounds and 440/485 SAE on average..

usually 12.1 at 121 mph in the 1/4 mile. Good drivers at good tracks have hit 11.7 at 123 mph 100% BONE STOCK.

So if he had a 1/2 second jump on you I can see it being pretty close..

But if you both had launched at the same time I think you would have pulled him by 3 PLUS cars..

Good Kill on the Snake

No i dont know him but i drive on the 405 south all the time.....

And one time a new red viper pulls up on me and tries to play cat and mouse. He downshifted next to and just stomped it. I stayed on his *** for a second but i'm not going to weave in and out of traffic. He kept punching it instead of lining up with me. Just like the guy was doing to you.THis was about a month ago. I bet you it was the same guy.

Did you see what he looked like?

I think he was a white guy with brown hair, late 20 to early 30's I think. The car had no plates yet, Only some dark dealer plates.
