How fast is a GTI with a VR6 and a GT35R turbo?

 

depends on the year...my friend a home made Turbo 1996 VR6GTi (OBD2) runnin 350whp 13.1secs down the quarter... with his 300lbs *** in it...and street tires

then he took everything out of the car...and they put it all on a 1994 VR6GTi (OBD1) and it made nearly 400whp... and has already ran 12.9 on a bad tune... they are expecting 12.5... and that's Full interiors and stuff...

 

depends 100% on the driver. Shitty driver will go low 13s, better driver will be in the 12s and a great driver would be able to get into the 11s. On pump gas it should trap between 115-120 depending on the boost level and setup. I know thats a big range but some guys that put these together don't know what they are doing and some do. I've seen VRT's with 22psi on pumpgas trap 116 and others with 16psi trap 119!
