Got a couple runs in today with a C6 i saw down by my house. It was a very nice Red Hardtop, Not sure if it was a manual or auto, Didnt get to talk much to the guy. Anyway, I took the hawk out for her weekly drive, and when i was about to jump on the freeway i looked in the rear view and saw said C6. Had a younger gentleman in it, and looked like it wanted to play so i went ahead and got over. He stayed in the right lane after moving around a little, and all of a sudden jumped. we were at 70~, so i threw it in 4th (recently lost 3rd gear) and followed suit. however, i could not regain the lost ground due to traffic up ahead. 2nd run was as he was about to exit. I was 2 lanes over and in 4th already at about 80. we both hit at the same time and i got out on him, pulling as the RPMs climbed, finished up about 1.5-2 cars up at 1XX MPH . So, there it is 1 death, 1 kill. Hopefully he is on here and posts. It was a very nice vette. And i cannot say weather it was an LS2 or 3. bad *** ride none the less.

 

Nice kill/death. That sucks about third gear. Gonna get that fixed soon?

 

haha yea. money sucks right now being so close to christmas. But a Six speeds inc LV4 is next i believe
