Took out a T/A I was coming home from work today and this motard come up behind me reving up his motor? I thought OK you've got a trans am good for you. The light turned green and I rolled out nice and slow ,the traffic cleared and he thought he was going to pass? wrong move buddy I stepped into it and we were Off . From 30 to 50 we were close and then I started to pull him from 50 to around 90 when we let off he was 4 cars back. He pulled up next to me at the next light and wanted to go from a dead stop,?OK. The light changed and first to secound he had a fender on me but the the Boost kicked in and then I pulled him by a fender
All said and done 6 cars at 125mph. Its fun playing with V-8 with a little V-6

Um... you guys know that those S/C 3.8s can run pretty damn well with not THAT much done to them, right? I mean I know you're giving him **** just because, but pending a modlist it's entirely feasible.

Did I touch a nerve with with the f-body's?? A V-6 beating a V-8? Mod List 30 over 3.8 forged rotating assy,Comp XP hot Cam/ 212/224 at .50" Intake .520 lift /exhaust .536 with 116 lob sep. ZZP stage 4 ported Heads ,Stage 2 intercooler Ported S/C, 3.0 pully ,powerlog headers ,3inch downpipe, High flow Catback with Flow master Muffler.2500 stall.. Guys I'm not trying to take away from any of your cars, Im a die hard V-8 lover. I'v had a few very fastV-8s in the past. I'v wrenched on cars for years and can and will give props to anyone that works on and races there cars
This was a young kid in a stock 2000 ish Trans Am (not a V-6). I know there are a bunch of other cars out there faster ,I know I'm not the fastest.

It's not hard to pay attention and see that is in fact a Regal in his pic...which the GS came supercharged and have the same potential as a GTP...
So, a heads/cam/pullied/bored/etc Regal GS vs a stock Trans AM LS1, yeah.

11.62 @ 117.4 isn't exactly slow
