The other day I was sitting at the light and a red c6 vette pulls up next to me and we say whats up and all that good stuff... blah blah blah...

And as we go through the intersection, he jumps on it a little bit, so we wait till we're through the intersection (bumpy road) and we both hit it.. I was in first gear and my nose was probably at his passenger door.

I was expecting him to pull on me bad, but we stayed DEAD even up until the bottom of third gear when we shut it down.

We meet up at the next light and I asked him what year it was and he said it was an '07.. We went our seperate ways, and I was laughing the whole way home...

I'm VERY suprised that we stayed even the whole time... I know if I would have had my 315 nittos and 4.10's in at the time I would have taken him no problem..

Anyway does this sound right to you guys, don't they have 400/400 HP/TQ?

just a 99 t/a.. not much done to it.. most of the bolt-ons.

he blamed it on his tires, said he needed new ones, but that the TCS kept him from going too crazy... but I had completely bald 245's at the time with no TCS.. that's why it was so suprising

 

The Driver then. Like I said, those are low 12 cars. But in the end, a bad driver with a fast car can still lose. Do a head and Cam swap and watch the magic happen.

 

Yeah I was thinking maybe he was just a bad driver.. either way he had to be pretty bad for me to keep up with him
