Who said I'm not on the mr2 board.

Dude your mustang has nothing over an mr2. Motor wise, power potential, handling or braking. There's nothing your broke *** can do to your gt, that can bring it up to the standards of a stock mr2.

Let me see you boost 24 psi on a stock motor. How about making 550+ on stock internals. How about pulling .95g's stock. Dude your mustang is a POS. Take your 2valve motor back to the dealership and buy you a real car.

Ok, seriously. This is ridiculous. Get over it, you babies. 281, 25psi, if you guys really have that much of a problem, meet up and settle it over a race. Or even better, a fist fight. If it's a fight, make sure I'm there, so I can beat the winner's ***.

I'd take that challenge with my Mustang. 550+ on stock internals? "Hi, is this Kenne Belle? I'd like to order a blower please." mr2

I'm not talking about the 03 cobras. I think the 03 cobras should set the standards for the way an american car should be. Overbuilt from the factory.

You're only going to see overbuilt cars American or Import that come with Forced Induction from the factory. There aren't any factory produced naturally aspirated engines (imports included) that you can just bolt on a turbo/blower or nitrous and run 20+ lbs. of boost or a 250 shot. If there were more blown/turboed engines from the factory on American cars you'd see more overbuilt short blocks.

Yes there are. The 93-98n/a supra can boost 17-20psi on stock internals. The Nissan sr20 out of the G20,se-r can run 15+ on stock internals. There are plenty out there that just haven't been tested.

Alright, but you're talking 15-20..... that was just an example. What I was alluding to was more of the FI cars like Supra's or 03' Cobras that can achieve like 700+RWHP on a stock short block. I don't think there are any NA from the factory shortblocks that can handle that kind of power with no upgrades to the rods/rod bolts/pistons. That's really what I was getting at.

Sure a 300+ shot has been run on Ls1's also....You CAN do it on any engine if you do not mind picking up the pieces.

I know 25psi. I was just kidding around. I've hated the Mustangs from 94-02. They were pathetic. Ford set a benchmark with the '03 and they should stick with it.

I agree with your whole philosophy to some extent. V8 guys don't give much credit to the 4bangers. Most don't deserve credit. Some on the other hand are remarkable. It takes huge amounts of boost, but so what. I give 'em props if the motor can hold the boost.

I agree completely. I couldn't have said it better myself.

25pos and butlick have never accepted a challenge from anyone here. My best guess would be an empty street....
