if you were a drunk *** then i doubt you could shoot straight and i would be gone shortly after its just a distraction i guess ill just start carrying the real thing in the car then...why try to preserve life with comments like the above, just kill them and be done with it right...my point is you would use the least force needed so i guess everyone that has a wrench better get rid of it too then...i gurantee you would not shoot someone with a real gun for throwing a beer bottle at your car but you sure as hell would shoot them with something non lethal, and if you did it would be excessive force blah blah and so on
Putting some rounds into their engine would have been the correct amount of retribution! The smart thing to do, was to call the cops and make sure they were pulled over.
If I was packing, I'd have shot their tire out and call the popo. Your car has the bottle damage to prove the aggression. I need to get licensed for that (to carry).

This is exactly why whenever i roll up on a ricer and he does this kind of ****, I immediately blow his doors off and then turn onto a street when i'm a couple bus lengths ahead. that way he can't save his "dignity" by doing a ricer flyby or talking ****.
