Mom kills two in her TA
 

Mom and Rick went out to 840 (I'm in M'boro for the week) to mark off a quarter mile to race. Well my little brother and I decided to come along (Rick driving his Goat, little brother riding, mom driving her TA, me riding). Headed out there a red 2001 GT 5 spd follows us out. We pulled over and talked, he says hes got CAI, mani, hollowed cats and Flowmasters. At this point all three cars were pulled over and so we told him to pick his poison, the TA or the Goat. He says hes never raced a Trans Am before so we pull out on the highway. About a 5 mph roll we immedietly pull him hard and had about 6 cars on him by 110 mph. Pulled off and he asks right away what does it have done. I tell him everything (that I know about), told him it was a good race, shook hands, and we were on our way. Rick wanted to race mom, so we head back to where we had marked off a quarter of a mile with baby powder :D. Car comes up behing us so mom hits it early, not really a good run, but we did stay in front. Line up again and Rick honks 3 times (mom has it in low and is shifting manually, but Rick is in drive) Trans Am spun quite a bit but we still had a SOLID 4 on him by 130 mph.

:funny: how old are you? Mom and rick? Umm. And nice move racing with your kids in the car. I race too but mainly I stick to putting my own life at risk when I do.:confused:

I'm 13. Considering they are both good drivers, my mom being the better, and they know what they're doing, yes, it is still a risk. But I have been involved in numerous street races and been the driver in more then one.

Ummm wow they let you drive? I don't care how good a driver your mom or "rick" is racing with kids in the car is stupid shit. PERIOD! Remind me never to cruise around there like ever. Holy god Jesus :mad: WTF is wrong with people? If I a guy ever tried to race me with a 13 yo kid in the car I'd tear him a new asshole and if they let him DRIVE the damn thing I'd be callin the cops. No bs dude. But my street races were in a Expedition. And I've been drivin since I was 8 in my dad's lap by my self for maybe a year.
